Marina De la Fuente Villamediana

A rare journey, at the crossroads of haute cuisine, nutrition and transmission.

  • Chef with experience in 5-star establishments (Relais & Châteaux, Switzerland, Singapore)

  • National winner of the Promesas Award for Haute Cuisine – Le Cordon Bleu Madrid

  • Professor of culinary arts at the Francisco de Vitoria University (Madrid)

  • Holder of a Master's degree in nutrition and health

  • Collaboration with the MD Anderson Foundation on adapting recipes for oncology patients

A chef who masters both technique and substance, and who knows how to communicate simply, with high standards and pleasure.
